IST IST were formed in late 2014 and have earned a stellar reputation with uncompromisingly intense live shows and a distinct DIY work ethic. Their debut album "Architecture", released amidst the pandemic on their own label Kind Violence Records, was a huge success in the indie and vinyl world. With their second album "The Art of Lying", which reached number 87 in the UK Top 100 at the end of 2021, they finally established themselves as one of the leading forces of a new musical era born in Manchester. The release was followed by a ten-date UK tour with sold-out Shows dates in Manchester, London and Bristol, among others, as well as a series of of sold-out European dates. The band will release their highly anticipated third album "Protagonists" in March 2023.
